Falcons Field Hockey

Welcome to the Falcon Youth Sports Field Hockey Program! We are dedicated to teaching girls the fundamental skills of field hockey while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Our program caters to girls from Pre-K to 8th grade, providing a supportive and engaging environment for their development. At Falcon Youth Sports, we are proud to have a team of dedicated volunteer coaches who generously donate their time and effort to help girls learn and grow. Our coaches focus on teaching the basic skills of field hockey, ensuring that each participant receives individual attention and guidance. Our practices are typically held on Tuesday and Thursday nights, providing a consistent schedule for our players. These sessions are designed to enhance their skills, improve their technique, and build camaraderie among teammates. With an emphasis on small team sizes, we ensure that every girl gets plenty of playing time during practices and games. Speaking of games, we schedule them on Saturdays, providing an exciting opportunity for players to showcase their skills and teamwork on the field. By participating in these games, our girls gain valuable experience, learn to handle competition and develop their sportsmanship. Join us at the Falcon Youth Sports Field Hockey Program and discover the joy of field hockey while fostering friendships, learning new skills, and becoming a part of our vibrant and supportive community.

UPDATE: Welcome to the 2025 Fall Girls Field Hockey Season!

We’re excited to officially kick off the 2025 Fall Girls Field Hockey Season! Thank you for registering your child in our program — we can’t wait to get started and are looking forward to an amazing season of growth, teamwork, and fun.

Age Groups & Divisions Each season, our age group divisions are carefully created based on registration numbers and what's best for the players.

 Our goal is always to:

 Ensure ample playing time

 Encourage skill development

 Build confidence at every level

This fall, our divisions will be as follows:

 1st/2nd Grade

 3rd/4th Grade

 5th/6th Grade

 7th/8th Grade

We understand that girls are at different skill levels — some may be new to the sport, while others play at a travel level. If you feel your daughter would benefit from playing in a higher division, please email me directly so we can discuss what’s best for her development.

Coaches Needed! With more divisions comes the need for more volunteer coaches — and we still have openings in the 3rd/4th and 5th/6th grade divisions. Our coaching philosophy is centered around encouragement, development, and fun. We provide support every step of the way for our coaches — whether you’ve played before or are brand new to the sport, we’ll help you succeed. If you're interested, please reach out. We’d love to have you involved!
