Hope everyone is staying safe. With the return of school postponed again and Governor Hogan’s social distancing mandates still in place, we will make one last attempt to resume the season on May 18th. We will condense the practice and game schedule so that all teams still get quality practice time and a full season worth of games and clinic sessions with the season finishing up in mid-June. If Governor Hogan ends up lifting the mandates that allow us to play the season but your son or daughter is unable to play we request you let us know so we can make the necessary adjustments. To be honest, there is still a lot of uncertainty and the probability of us being able to resume is very slim but we owe it to everyone to let this play out.
If Governor Hogan’s mandates are still in place for our type of recreational activity and we are unable to resume the season on May 18th we unfortunately will have to cancel. We will then begin the process of issuing refunds. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used during registration or by check and mailed if you paid by cash or check. For those that rented equipment, we will setup a date for return when social distancing guidelines permit. The $60 equipment rental fee will be refunded once equipment is returned. You do not need to request a player fee refund as we will be issuing them to everyone. We ask that you please be patient as we work through the refund process as we would have a large amount to process and this will take some time.
We will continue to monitor the situation, work closely with our local officials and keep you updated. These are unprecedented times and we are doing our best to manage this situation responsibly, with the health and safety of everyone first and foremost. We thank you for your continued support.
